Our fee is only 25% + VAT of the total benefit you receive and is typically dealt with on a Contingency Fee Agreement.

This means that if your claim is not successful, you do not have to pay our fees for the work done on your behalf.

*However, this is subject to our Terms and Conditions of Business and in certain circumstances you may have to pay our fees if you end the agreement before the matter is concluded.
For example, if you fail to provide us with instructions or provide false and misleading instructions, we would be entitled to charge you for the work done on your behalf.
However, in most cases there is no charge for our work unless your claim is successful, in which case our fee is 25% plus VAT of the total benefit recovered by you as referred to above.
We will discuss other funding options with you when our claims specialist contacts you to discuss your claim in detail.  There is no upfront fee for using our service.

Following our initial contact with you, we will raise your complaint with your loan provider.
We will request that the loan provider issues a response to your complaint within the regulatory timescales and if we are not satisfied with their response, we will ask the Financial Ombudsman Service to independently review your complaint to ensure that it has been dealt with fairly.

What can I expect to recover?
You should receive a refund of all the premiums you paid plus statutory interest at 8%.
If your loan was paid off early and you received a rebate of some premiums at the time this will be taken into account.
Similarly if you made a claim against the policy this will also be taken into account.
In some instances your refund may be applied to the loan to reduce the balance, you will however still be responsible for paying our fees.
